Whole-Home Master Planning

A whole-home renovation doesn’t have to happen all at once, but it should be planned that way.
Our Master Planning service is designed for homeowners considering a substantial renovation who want to understand the possibilities, priorities, and potential investment before committing to construction.
We develop a cohesive concept for the home as a whole, including preliminary plans and design direction that can be used with our contractor partners to establish initial pricing.
From there, we work with you to create a phasing and implementation plan to determine what makes sense to tackle first and what can be saved for later.
The result is a long-term vision for your home that allows individual projects to unfold over time without losing sight of the bigger picture.
