PROGRAMMING
We like to call this the “daydreaming” phase, we want to hear all your hopes and dreams for your home and the moonshot ideas that would make it your dream home (we may have a few ideas as well).
We’ll take all our measurements and make sure we know exactly what you want from the space and get to work turning your dreams into reality.

CONCEPTUAL DESIGN
Now, the real fun starts! We dive into space planning and refine design elements that align with your space, budget, and lifestyle.
Your input is crucial—we distill your inspirations into a curated concept presentation. This presentation will be the guiding light for the rest of the project, ensuring your personality shines though every step of the way.

DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
In this phase we get down to brass tacks making your concept real. This is where the real magic happens, where all of the fabrics, finishes, lighting, and furniture is selected that will define your new space.
The design presentation marks the culmination of this phase, where you’ll sign off on every selection, before the first pillow is ordered - setting the stage to transform your dream into reality.

DOCUMENTATION
In this phase, we create detailed plans and specifications for your space. We translate all of our creative ideas for your home from the previous phase into precise instructions for builders, specifying everything from materials and dimensions to technical details, ensuring that every aspect of the design is accurately executed during construction

PROCUREMENT
In this phase the focus is on acquiring all the necessary items outlined in the design plan. This involves carefully selecting and ordering furnishings, fixtures, materials, and other elements specified for the project.
We work to coordinate deliveries, oversee quality control, and manage the installation process, ensuring that every detail aligns with the planned design

IMPLEMENTATION
In the final phase Paige Studio will oversee the execution of the design plan to ensure it comes to life seamlessly.
From coordinating with contractors to managing timelines, this phase culminates on install day when all the elements—furniture, fixtures, and finishes—are meticulously placed, transforming your home into the home of your dreams!
